More than 20 years of experience playing various key roles from a SOA researcher, Solutions Architect and then transitioning to Engineering Leadership roles in the world of startups for the past 12+ years. Have worked in large Enterprises as well as fast-paced startups, and across various Domains from Telco, E-Pharma to Fintech; and for both B2C e-commerce to B2B SaaS platforms. Tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, Python, SQL (Postgres, MySQL), No-SQL (Couchbase, MongoDB, ElasticSearch), Redis, RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, Databricks, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Love working closely with CXOs, Designers, and Developers to foster innovation & close collaboration and form well-gelled teams that are motivated to improve their craft & execute with a start-up mindset.
