I build and scale high-performing product & engineering teams across India and APAC. As the first TA hire at Toast India, I grew the organization in the APAC region from the ground up; scaling from 1 to 700+ employees in 3+ years across Bangalore, Chennai, Taiwan, and Australia. Today, I lead all tech and product hiring for the region and manage a team of 8 recruiters driving mission-critical growth. My journey started as a software engineer, moved through global recruiting roles in the US, and has evolved into scaling entire sites and orgs from zero. This mix of technical background, business acumen (Babson MSEL), and HR leadership training (IIM Calcutta EPHRM) allows me to bring both strategy and execution to talent acquisition.
