• Helping brands connect with consumers using interactive packaging with the help of Augmented Reality and Non Clone-able packaging elements. To offer this service, we have partnered with several start-ups worldwide, from Switzerland to Italy to the UK to Bangalore. We have developed a platform of offerings in the smart packaging space for brands to pick and choose the options they like and execute them as part of their next packaging-driven marketing campaign.
• Brand Manager Ecobyte ( sustainable food service packaging portfolio ):
• Initiated and scaled up a new generic packaging brand for the business. Driving the growth and expansion strategy of the brand across online and offline platforms. Currently, setting up operational platforms across physical and online distribution. Online distribution includes partnering with Quick com and E com players, while physical distribution includes activities like engaging in partnerships with national and international aggregators for penetration into the wholesale and retail markets.
• Business Development: Growing the QSR packaging portfolio of the business with the onboarding of major chains and the introduction of innovative and transformative product ranges. This portfolio involves traditional Business Development with National and International Clients, while also handling the day-to-day account management. Establishing an aggregate model of sourcing for the luxury packaging portfolio of the business by establishing tie-ups with RM suppliers to specialised converters.
• B2B Marketing Strategy and Digitalisation :
• Driving marketing campaigns for the business with the help of trade fairs , digital media presence, etc. Contributing towards the automation and digital transformation of current practices in the B2B marketing segment.
