• Built the Jivox Quality Department from scratch, hiring and mentoring a group of talented quality engineers. Ensured the end-to-end quality of the complete product. Drove various quality processes initiatives necessary for smooth operations of the organization.
• Responsible for Manual, Automation (Selenium), Restful API and Performance Testing (Apache Benchmark, Jmeter) of the complete product – cloud-based server-side modules and front-end HTML / Javascript modules. Load testing of back end modules and ensuring server capacity met business requirements. Testing Machine Learning (Artificial Intelligence) based algorithmic codes.
• Mentoring and motivating the team to deliver high quality product throughout. Achieved a minimal attrition rate, losing under 10% of the team over the last few years due to voluntary attrition.
• Handling 50+ major releases without a single instance of product failure. The only downtime for the product was a direct consequence of Amazon (AWS) downtime.
