MBA form IMI,Delhi & Senior Management Program for Leadership from IIM,Lucknow(one year course), having 24 years professional experience in all facets of HR function ; have worked for Companies in FMCG, Consumer Durables , Fertilisers and Chemicals, Real Estate , FMCD , Paper Business Career Summary : During my career, I had an opportunity to work in Corporate-HR(German , Japanese, Chinese, Indian MNCs /Promoter Organisations, including responsibility for Factories) in various Organizations, Sales-HR in Panasonic and as Plant HR Head in Motherson Sumi (have worked on about 13 Long Term Settlements in various companies). I had an opportunity of playing a key role in transforming the culture of the Organization from a traditional Company to a professional and brand recognized Employer. Some of the initiatives at Corporate level are introduction of culture change initiatives like Development centers, employee engagement programs, participation in Great places to work, Employee recognition schemes. At plant and worker level, I have introduced and successfully implemented worker engagement activities like kaizens, suggestion schemes, Quality circles, skill competitions . I have worked extensively with trade unions, on wage-settlements & have liaisoned with Government authorities. Some of my achievements are mentioned below: •  Performance recognized as ‘Outstanding’ in multiple Organizations.  Successfully led various OD initiatives like Development centre based on Hogan Assessments with AON-Hewitt, Job evaluation with Hays Group and Employee engagement and climate survey with Ernst & Young.  Played a key role in integration of staff and workers during Merger & acquisition (M&A) , setting up of new plant as a greenfield project, Demerger of Company into two separate legal entities in Motherson Sumi, Ballarpur Industries and Osram.  Employee involvement activities through worker engagement programs at plant resulting to overall peaceful work environment and amicable 13 wage settlements year after year.  Implemented post training effectiveness evaluation thereby leading to increased ‘learning scores’ by 30%  Initiated in-house programs on Development plans, Project Manhattan & T20 program’ resulting into retention of 90% of Top Performers  Improved training man-days from 2.08 /employee/year to 3.76 man-days/ employee/year The Organizations have recognized my contribution by promoting me from time to time and have given me recognition with “Outstanding” performance.
