Hey, what are you doing here? Now since you're at my place (virtually), let me introduce myself. You know my name - I also go by Rech. I live my life on extremes. There are days I don’t want to move my body and would rather stay in bed with my books, but then there are the high-energy sprints where I squeal at the thought of making it out of the house. Even if it’s just a trip to D-Mart. I love talking to people, brownie points if they have a lot of tea (verbal and herbal) and share their beautiful perspectives on life. Since this is LinkedIn, I should probably talk about the work that keeps me obsessed. Prior to my career break, I was a Research and Consulting Associate at a strategic advisory unit of Blume Ventures. I’ve detailed my work in depth in the experience section below, but in a nutshell: I spent my time decoding the chaos of the Indian startup ecosystem. I turned founder pain points into actionable playbooks and managed the "Human Infrastructure" for a community of 150+ portfolio companies. Whether I’m ghost-writing flagship reports for VCs, managing communities, talking to and for the people, or acting as a 'second brain' to a Partner, I bring the same level of intentionality: People first, process second, and zero fluff. I’m currently looking for my next home in the ecosystem - somewhere that needs a multi-hyphenate operator who can build, engage, and scale. Think we’d vibe?   • Spent my time giving unsolicited (but oddly well-received) advice to HRs and founders across Blume’s very evolved startup ecosystem - touching the lives, org charts, and sanity of 150+ portfolio companies.
  • To justify my existence, I started writing things:
  • Orchestrated the internal research & content calendar, translating founder chaos into semi-readable insights.
  • Co-created Blume’s flagship reports : Annual Salary Benchmarking (a detailed study of peanuts, titles, and “market is bad yaar” explanations across bands), Founder Compensation, and Inclusivity Reports .
  • Authored ecosystem guides like ESOPs 101 (mil kisse raha hai?), The Tech Bible, and Guide to First-Time Managers (for leaders discovering live that people are not JIRA tickets).
  • Also moonlighted as the ecosystem’s agony aunt:
  • Led end-to-end consulting projects on Organization Transformation, Compensation & Benefits Benchmarking, Leadership Surveys, Perception & Competitor Analysis, and D&I Audits - holding hands, mirrors, and sometimes hard truths.
  • Collaborated closely with P&L leads across Talent Acquisition, Talent Branding, L&D, Acquihires, and D&I to launch research initiatives and spot new business opportunities before they became “next quarter ideas.”
  • Thank heavens my manager taught me the fine art of handling premium feedback like “vibe match nahi ho raha” and “mazaa sa nai aaya” and still delivering impact.
