Early on, I saw how small operational details, a delayed dispatch, a missed insight, or a poorly communicated message, could shape someone’s entire experience with a company. That stayed with me and pushed me to understand not just how to attract customers, but how to serve them reliably and thoughtfully. Through research roles, I learned to listen to data the way you listen to a conversation, looking for intent, patterns, and meaning. And through hands-on operational experience, I discovered the satisfaction that comes from making things run smoother by coordinating orders, tracking shipments, managing documentation, and building relationships with clients who trust you to get things right. What I enjoy most is living in that space where insight meets execution, where a good idea is backed by a process that actually works. I care about clarity, accountability, and the quiet pride that comes from knowing a system ran well because you paid attention.
