• My team oversees end-to-end product and platform capabilities that power the company’s global membership engine. We define how prospective members discover Netflix, how they convert, how they stay engaged, how they upgrade, and how we safeguard their accounts and data at scale.
• My remit spans four core pillars:
• Growth Experiences – Driving the global acquisition, upgrade, and retention journeys across all platforms, markets, and surfaces. This includes off-service funnels, signup flows, non-member experiences, plan selection, upsell and cross-sell frameworks, and cancellation optimization.
• Growth Engines – Building the underlying systems and mechanics that accelerate revenue: offers (e.g., free trials, multi-month promotions), plan configuration, and ML-driven targeting for personalization, winback, and churn prediction.
• Identity & Trust Platform – Owning the full identity stack for email/phone-based authentication, passwordless login, authorization, device trust, MFA, ATO prevention, and global privacy and consent management.
• Growth Platform & Infrastructure – Developing the shared platforms that enable growth across Netflix, including experimentation tooling, targeting engines, eligibility systems, and experience builders used by product teams company-wide.
• Collectively, these areas represent a material share of Netflix’s revenue outcomes ($XB/yr) and are foundational to the company’s long-term strategy.
• I focus on scaling high-performing teams, setting clear strategic direction, modernizing our technical architecture, and delivering durable, company-level impact.
