I am an HR Executive currently working at E Software Solutions, where I handle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT profiles. Over time I have built good hands-on experience in sourcing candidates for technical roles like Software Developers, QA Engineers, .NET, Java and Python professionals, along with Non-IT hiring across Sales, Operations and Admin functions. Apart from recruitment, my work also covers the broader HR spectrum, maintaining employee data on Google Sheets, handling ESI and EPF compliance, ensuring smooth onboarding for new joiners, conducting background verification, and managing exit formalities and full & final settlements for outgoing employees. I hold an MBA in Human Resources Management from Kurukshetra University, which gave me a strong foundation in both people management and HR operations. What I enjoy most about my work is the people side of it whether it is helping a candidate find the right opportunity or making sure a new joiner feels welcomed on Day 1.
