• Technology & Startup Engagement:
• As a part of my role, I am responsible for initiating and setting up technology and startup adoption structure within STL. Right from evangelisation, identifying business challenges, formulating the problem statements, scouting for possible solutions in the market through technology startups & OEMs and getting the solution validated, tested and adopted within STL, I am currently leading the end to end BRIGHT program (Structured adoption program for STL NSSB).
• As a part of that I am also constantly building and managing external partnerships with various Industry associations, government bodies (NASSCOM, Startup India, Kerala Startup Mission, CII) to position STL Innovation as Innovation leader in the industry and getting access to relevant technology businesses in the market.
• Innovation Culture at STL:
• I am also designing and leading the Flexibility and Agility program for STL employees which will be the STL’s flagship innovation culture program.

• Leading the NASSCOM 10,000 Startups Program for Western Region based in Mumbai.
• The role includes running the startup incubation program at warehouses in Mumbai and Pune. I am responsible for developing the startup warehouses in Navi Mumbai and Pune as the hub for technology startups in the region. Led the process of getting Mumbai Warehouse approved from Government of Maharashtra.
• Worked with Government of Maharashtra and other ecosystem enablers in the startup space in Maharashtra to support the startups in helping with enterprise connects, mentor connects, policy advocacy and investor connects for startups.
• Policy Implementation and Government Procurements from startups:
• 1) Organized AI Innovation Challenge with CM office (Government of Maharashtra), MahaIT, NITI Aayog and NASSCOM to help create a platform to open up data with the state government to enable AI startups to get POCs and work orders with various state departments of Maharashtra. • 2) Partnered with Maharashtra State Innovation Society (Government of Maharashtra) in Maharashtra Startup Week as a part of government procurement from startups. Enabled 25 work orders for startups every year from Government of Maharasthra.
• NASSCOM and other partner programs organised:
• Worked closely with corporates on their startup programs, Times Group (ET now Leaders of Tomorrow), Aditya Birla Capital (Bizlabs).
• Organized events like NASSCOM Product Conclave Bangalore 2018, NASSCOM Product Conclave, Pune 2019 and flagship programs of NASSCOM like India Fintech Day 2019 and NASSCOM Technology & Leadership Forum 2019.

• Co-Founder of Openfuel Knowledge Foundation. Mentor in various workshops like Openfuel Launchpad, Startup 20-20 with Nasscom, Startup i3 with Kerala Startup Mission. Faculty Development Program on design thinking in Gujarat Technological University.
• Openfuel is also a community partner with Kerala Startup Mission taking care of all startup bootcamps across Kerala.
