Here with a small team size, I have managed the full recruitment life cycle with reporting (Dashboards) at all levels - Worked with teams across continents for process stabilization (NVIDIA and SunGard) - With recruiting, I also have volunteered for work on social impact programs and external Tech events led by ThoughtWorks. - A 3 year stint at PracticeLeague Legal Tech also gave me the opportunity to learn and deliver on Employee Relations, Training & Development with Recruitments... In January 2015(entire year) - I was on a work break. My camera in tow, I was hiking in the Himalayan mountains.
