I didn’t get into product management just to build features. I got into it to solve real problems and turn complex systems into simple, usable experiences for people. Over the last 2+ years as a Product Manager (with 3+ years of overall experience), I’ve worked across SaaS platforms in insurance, building and scaling products used by POSPs, agents, and customers. I’ve owned initiatives end to end from understanding user pain points and defining requirements to shipping features and iterating based on data and feedback. During this journey, I’ve delivered 70+ platform features across onboarding, post-sales workflows, and service journeys, along with 20+ analytics dashboards. These efforts helped reduce customer setup time by 80%, improved data visibility, and enabled faster product launches. I’ve also managed 200+ JIRA tasks while working closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders in agile environments. Beyond scaling existing products, I’ve been actively involved in building digital products from scratch right from early problem framing and team setup to MVP launch and taking products from local testing to live environments. To sharpen my product thinking, I regularly work on case studies and product teardowns, evaluating products through the lens of acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, and overall user value.
