With over 21 years of experience in the HR domain, I am a certified talent acquisition professional and an employer branding expert, currently serving as the Associate Director Human Resources at HCL Technologies. I oversee the recruitment, internal communications, and leadership onboarding experience for the Digital Process Outsourcing Business Unit globally, which provides innovative and digital solutions to clients across various sectors and geographies. Before joining HCL, I was the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, and the Head HR for the Defense Business Unit at Tata Aerospace and Defense Ltd, where I managed a team of four and handled the complete employee life cycle for over 120 employees. I also led the recruitment and branding initiatives for six business units under the Tata Aerospace and Defense umbrella, covering sectors such as land mobility, engineering, power, materials, systems, and NOVA. I have worked with some of the world's best consulting organizations and leading Indian corporates, as well as in Singapore for the APAC region, giving me a cross-cultural perspective and a pragmatic approach to deliver results on time and within quality benchmarks.
