I started my career working with Cube26 as a Product Manager for around 4 years. Later on, I moved on to work with Paytm, managing and handling one of the major products of Paytm- the Paytm wallet. I worked on various transactional flows, UI/UX, Automatic Add Money flow, wallet interoperability, onboarding, subscriptions, user communication, etc. with respect to the Paytm wallet. During my experience of 4 years working on the Paytm wallet, I was associated with various teams such as finance, customer support, compliance, risk management, technology, and growth & business development. In the month of June, 2022, I moved on to work with Pine Labs which is a leading merchant platform empowering any businesses to accept multiple modes of payments. I am a part of Pay Later team and responsible for providing the best experience to the merchants as well as the customers who are opting for Pay Later. I built EMI World App and Omni channel Offer Engine which solved different complex use cases in the EMI ecosystem. I am also looking into multiple integrations with leading Indian Banks/Issuers, Merchants and Brands, and solving for future products in BNPL domain.
