I led the Human-Centred Design (HCD) Centre of Excellence at CommBank, managing a cross-functional team specialising in CX strategy, POCs, service design, and behavioural research. My team developed strategic roadmaps for various business units across the Group, including Digital, Small Business, Business Banking, Private Banking, and ASB New Zealand. My leadership extended to advisory roles for the Group’s fintech startups, where I contributed to product, go-to-market and CX strategies for Credit Savvy, Home-In, and Unloan.

  • ‘The Future of Branch’ strategy paper for ASB Bank in New Zealand
  • ‘The Future of Work’ strategy paper for Commonwealth Bank Group Property - which informed the design of CommBank’s new South Eveleigh Precinct.
