I’ve always been drawn to the fast pace of startups building from scratch, wearing multiple hats, and finding creative ways to win big in complex markets. At Kouzina Food Tech, I led digital marketing for 11 brands, boosting online visibility, user engagement, revenue streams, market insights, product launches, and strategic partnerships. At Bizom, I lead strategic account-based marketing initiatives aimed at helping us expand globally inside major enterprise accounts. It’s a mix of strategy and hands-on execution, spotting new regional opportunities, crafting personalised campaigns, and driving adoption of our Route-to-Market solutions across different geographies. Like most startup journeys, mine hasn’t been about staying in one lane. I rolled out HubSpot from the ground up, built scalable GTM systems, supported high-stakes product launches, and created enablement assets that help our teams open doors to multi-market growth. Every challenge has been a chance to think bigger, move faster, and deliver measurable impact.
