• I started this project to help international visa seekers navigate their relocation without getting overwhelmed and confused:

• Sendy Supply is a B2B platform launched in May 2020 to provide fulfilment and delivery services to enable easy trade of FMCG between sellers and buyers.
• Designed and managed the fulfilment processes for the entire operations:
• Monthly Gross Merchandise Value growth (GMV) of +47% (from 20k USD to 2M USD)
• Allocation of vehicles based on the volumetric weight of orders, Dispatch and Follow-up of Delivery Success
• > Delivery success improvement from 85% to 95%
• > Vehicle utilization improvement by 62%
• Launch of Order consolidation based on the buyer's location across the Nairobi region
• Payment coordination with the Finance team: requesting payment to the Supplier upon fulfilment and following up on payment from the Customer after delivery
