Built the airport lounge ecosystem 0-->1 that lets you seamlessly access lounges with your bank's credit or debit card. It sounds glamorous, but it involved a mountain of compliance (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and wrangling 10+ major bank and payment network provider integrations (HDFC, ICICI, Axis, AU SF Bank, IDFC, SBI, IndusInd, MasterCard, Visa) to make it all work.
The result? Over ₹30 Cr in revenue and a lot more relaxed travelers.
Also launched international eSIMs, because hunting for a physical SIM card after a long flight is no one's idea of fun.
