• In this role, I am responsible for helping students understand Java Development (Backend) and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). This involves resolving students' doubts and questions related to these topics and providing them with the necessary guidance and support to help them succeed.
• I am also tasked with monitoring the progress of students, ensuring that they are making steady progress towards their learning goals. To achieve this, I conduct daily or weekly standups with students and the Cria team, where we discuss their progress, identify areas where they need additional support, and provide feedback on their work. Punctuality is another key aspect of this role, as I am expected to be present and available for students at all times during my scheduled hours.
• I understand the importance of time management and have been consistently punctual, ensuring that I am able to fulfill my responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant effectively. Overall, my work as a teaching assistant has been critical to the success of the students. I have supported them and enabled them to develop their skills in Java Development and DSA.

• As a backend developer, my primary responsibility has been to develop Restful APIs using the SpringBoot framework. This entails designing, developing, and testing API endpoints for various applications and systems. In order to ensure the quality of the APIs, I have been involved in unit testing of the business logic, creating and running test cases to verify that the APIs are functioning as expected and meeting the business requirements.
• By utilizing the features of the SpringBoot framework, I have been able to create highly efficient and scalable APIs that can handle a large volume of requests with minimal latency. I have also utilized various SpringBoot features, such as security and database integration, to build robust and secure APIs that can seamlessly interact with different systems.
• Overall, my work in backend development has provided me with a deep understanding of API development and testing, as well as expertise in the SpringBoot framework. This has allowed me to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions to meet the diverse needs of various clients and stakeholders.

• Learning the theoretical aspects of a subject is undoubtedly important, but it's only half the story. It's equally crucial to learn how to apply that knowledge in real-world scenarios, which is where the true test of proficiency lies. That's why my learning journey has followed a two-fold approach. Initially, I focused on understanding the fundamental concepts and theories of various technologies, frameworks, and programming languages. Once I grasped the underlying principles, I started working on real-time projects, putting the theoretical knowledge to practical use. By applying these concepts to actual projects, I learned how to solve real-world problems and overcome practical challenges. This approach has allowed me to build a deep understanding of the technologies, frameworks, and programming languages, as well as the skills to utilize them effectively in real-world scenarios. The combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience has been invaluable, enabling me to become a more well-rounded and effective developer.
