However, we learned that the ROI from community-led sales was not as substantial as we had hypothesized, leading to a smaller market. • Pivoted to target a niche market, and now Dots operates as a standalone product. It is currently used by companies such as the NBA, Splice, Braintrust, Contra, etc, as well as tons of paid membership communities on Slack and Discord.
