About

Hi! I'm Sarahi (Sa-da-E) :) 👋🏼 I'm a community builder, content creator, and professional pattern-spotter. Here's what that means: I pay attention to how people show up + what makes them feel safe enough to contribute. I study how to design spaces where creativity and connection can happen. My background in neuroscience fuels my curiosity about how people think. My work with communities gives me the practice. I facilitate conversations, translate community insights into strategy, and create content across platforms. I also write about creativity, resilience, and things that spark joy in my Substack, Writing for Serotonin. I believe the best community builders are also creators. I practice what I preach. :) What really draws me in? The messy, human parts of building things: the questions people are afraid to ask, the moments when someone takes a creative risk, the conversations that don't fit neatly into metrics. The good stuff :) That's where you'll find me. At Ericsson, I get to spend my time close to the work I love most — customers and community conversations. I interview users, facilitate discussions, and turn real-world use cases into case studies and frameworks. I'm translating how enterprise wireless technology actually shows up across industries like public safety, transit, and retail. p.s. my Enneagram is 7w8...so yes, I have many passion projects! "There's nothing more addictive or incredible in life than reinventing yourself and allowing yourself to be different every day." y si...hablo español :)
