As a founder of CAEP, a marketing startup in its early stages, I took the lead in building and managing the content team from the ground up. I worked as the Creative Director—responsible for everything related to content, from strategy and planning to execution and quality control.
I created and managed content calendars, ensured consistency in tone and quality, and aligned content efforts with the startup’s broader vision. Beyond content, I also actively contributed to other areas of the startup, as in an early-stage startup, you’re not just wearing one hat. From brainstorming branding strategies to helping streamline operations, I immersed myself in the full startup journey.
This experience has helped me grow both creatively and operationally, and strengthened my ability to take ownership, work cross-functionally, and adapt in fast-moving environments.
