Certified Leadership Coach & a Facilitator with more than 30 years of work experience, of which 9 years have been in Sales, Marketing and L&D teams of blue chip MNCs. Saurav specializes in 'Grooming Leaders for Tomorrow'. His blended-learning model is a huge success with many of his corporate clients, some of whom have retained him for over 17 years now. He has worked across levels, industries, cultures & geographies which has helped him put together all the relevant lessons in a practical and ready-to-practice format. His three frameworks - 'Welcome to Middle Management', 'What Will Make It Happen?' and 'Demolition Theory' have earned him high laurels from industry veterans.
