I don't need to be passionate about something to do to excellent work, but it doesn't hurt. Startups are my passion. We catalyze those innovations by building the teams behind the breakthroughs. With a SpaceX engineer as my co-founder, we’ve built AdAstra around a simple belief: startup recruiting is deeply human. Since 2019, we’ve become the go-to retained partner for our industries, positioning startups on the trajectory to be the next SpaceX. I’ve led and advised searches ranging from early engineering leadership to C-suite roles for high-impact startups backed by top VCs.
