About

Most AI initiatives don't fail because of the technology. They fail because no one asks the hard architectural questions early enough. I have spent 30 years inside enterprise systems, across ERP, solution architecture, AI/ML adoption, and large-scale transformations. I have watched organizations make the same class of mistakes as paradigm shifts arrive: the internet, cloud, and now AI. The pattern is consistent. The decisions get made at the wrong altitude. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and organizational reality. I work with CEOs, CTOs, founders, and enterprise leaders who are making consequential technology decisions. Not proof-of-concept decisions. Real ones, with real trade-offs, real cost, and real downstream consequences. What I actually do in an engagement: Dissect architecture across application, data, model, and governance layers Stress-test assumptions before they become expensive mistakes Examine token economics, build vs buy trade-offs, and integration risk Translate architectural complexity into decisions leadership can act on I do not do surface-level AI experimentation. I work with leaders who need architectural survivability, systemic risk reduction, and long-term scalability built into the design, not bolted on later. If you are navigating AI adoption inside a complex organization, modernizing a platform that has accumulated years of fragility, or need a senior architectural perspective on a bet you are about to make, I am open to direct conversations. No discovery calls for its own sake. If the problem is real, we get into it.

Solutions Architect

  • As a Solutions Architect for ERP, I design and govern end-to-end enterprise architectures that enable organizations to fully leverage the ERM platform. My role focuses on aligning business needs with scalable, secure, and configurable ERP solutions that streamline operations, improve visibility, and drive measurable transformation.
  • I work with business leaders to understand functional processes across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, CRM, Procurement, and Projects, translating them into optimized ERP workflows and solution blueprints. I define scalable, modular deployment architectures—cloud-ready, secure, and aligned with enterprise performance requirements.
  • A core aspect of my role is designing integration strategies using APIs and middleware layers to ensure seamless data exchange with CRMs, BI platforms, banking systems, identity providers, data lakes, and legacy applications. I also lead data migration planning, defining data models, migration frameworks, validation rules, and governance practices to support reliable onboarding.
  • I leverage our ERP’s workflow automation capabilities to eliminate manual processes, standardize operations, and strengthen auditability. I establish security architecture, RBAC models, compliance controls, and governance frameworks to ensure that deployments meet regulatory and enterprise-grade requirements.
  • As the technical authority for ERP programs, I conduct design reviews, solution assurance, performance analysis, and architectural quality checks. I collaborate with CXOs, implementation partners, engineering teams, and functional consultants, providing direction, resolving complexity, and ensuring alignment with transformation goals.
  • By delivering well-architected implementations, I help enterprises modernize operations, reduce system fragmentation, improve data-driven decision-making, and adopt a scalable ERM foundation that supports continuous growth and innovation.

  • I help individuals, public figures, and organizations build a strong, profitable, and sustainable digital presence. My focus is on guiding them through the noise of the internet—ensuring they stay aligned with their goals, understand their audience, and use data-driven insights to build lasting traction.
  • Online success is often misunderstood. With so many platforms, formats, and voices competing for attention, people begin with enthusiasm but quickly lose direction. What they need is a seasoned partner who brings clarity, strategy, and ongoing support. That’s where I step in: to help them stay focused, execute consistently, and translate digital engagement into real impact.
  • The tech and digital landscape evolves at an extraordinary pace. Consumer expectations shift, platforms reinvent themselves, and innovation cycles grow shorter each year. Staying relevant requires not just creativity, but also a deep understanding of digital behaviour and the ability to adapt quickly.
  • To support this, I operate a robust, global social media management, monitoring, and analytics platform—offering organizations a comprehensive toolkit to manage engagement, track sentiment, measure performance, and make informed decisions. Think of it as a Swiss-Army Knife for digital presence: versatile, powerful, and built to give you an edge in a fast-changing ecosystem.
