• FairPoint Communications Inc (FairPoint) has purchased in the North Eastern states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. from Verizon. Capgemini has to perform professional services for FairPoint including specific work orders related to the transition of the Verizon operations in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont to FairPoint.
• Managing the build and releases of a complex end to end Telecom implementation. The project is by far the most ambitious Telecom Integration effort in the Industry and the most challenging that I have seen . It involves integration of complex COTS tools like M6 , Siebel , GE SW , Kenan , Logica . Adventyx .. to name a few . I was involved from elicitation to delivery of this implementation .
• I have built a team from scratch for this and we have completed successful cut over to production .The solution is now live and in production.
• The Tool used is Clearcase , Cruisecontrol and ANT to name a few
