Every organization is, at its core, a collection of human minds trying to work together toward a shared goal. My work sits at that intersection where psychology meets performance. As an Organizational Psychologist, I help founders and leaders understand what truly drives behavior at work, including motivation, belonging, clarity, and trust. And then translate that understanding into systems, culture, and leadership practices that make organizations healthier and more effective. I draw on my experience in people-tech interaction research at Meta and my background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology to bring structure and solutions to problems that often feel intangible. Whether it’s improving team communication, clarifying culture, or coaching leaders, I aim to help organizations move from good intentions to measurable progress.
