• In my role as a Senior Software Engineer at Zalando, I led the design and implementation of high-performance microservices for inventory management, ensuring seamless operations with over 10k rps throughput and under 100ms response latency (p999) across applications. Additionally, I spearheaded the integration of Dynamo Db into our application, successfully handling a peak throughput of up to 50k rps.
• Furthermore, I took on the responsibility of mentoring a team of 3, conducting knowledge sharing sessions on system architecture to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Integration with different banking partners, payment providers ensuring smooth payment experience to end users.
• System is ~100% available and has an error rate of < 0.1%.
• System handles a traffic of around 2.2K peak TPS on an average day.
• Mandate Creation and SIP service :-
• The system generates around 600 - 700 mandates at an average per day.
• The module handles around ~60K SIP transactions on a daily basis on an average with a peak of 81K SIP transactions.
• The current success rate of the SIP transaction stands at ~94%
• Native In house UPI module :-
• Worked as an IC throughout, this project generates a Virutal Payment Address to each user in the system, which enables them to perform bank addition and verification as well as perform deposit transactions using the VPA generated.

• Azure Event Hub Cross Colo Replicator Service
• Springboot based micro service responsible for replicating data from singapore colo Event Hub to US east colo Event Hub
• Mechanism to replicate on demand bulk data from a given time period.
• Single handedly implemented the project handling the major bottlenecks which included read-write latency across colos, producer-consumer issues majorly among others.
• Demand Side Platform - Serving
• Springboot based - scala/java project which is responsible for sending out the best possible ad response based on a set of supply parameters as request.
• Member of the initial core team responsible for developing the platform from the scratch thereby enabling the company to transition from an ad network to an enterprise platform.
• Implemented the device lookup module based on the incoming user agent using wurfl as the DDR to get all the device information.
• Implemented the asynchronous UserFetcher module responsible for fetching user details from a centralised user store platform using Avro as the serialisation/deserialisation framework.
• Risk Management Service - Billable
• A single colo micro service responsible for maintaining the billable data for each install made on a device
• Multi colo Azure Event Hub stream read mechanism to read all install data for further processing.
• API's exposed to provide Billable details for all the installs in the last 24 hours as per the business need.
• A springboot based scala project with extensive database operations on MS SQL.
