• Heading Operations Department at CreditAI, an entity incorporated in Singapore under the incubation of The Yield Lab, Asia Pacific for a one-year funded program to scale the concept across borders. CreditAI uses artificial intelligence & machine learning to enable financial intuitions to identify farmers based on their purchase transactions, it helps the Financial institutions lend smartly. Since the inception of CreditAI, he has been able to build a network of over 30000 farmers and built strong association with over 100+ Farmer Producer Companies to enable them digitally and gain financial support through NBFCs & Banks.

• Proactively involved in a range of activities for IT startup (Artificial Intelligence) which is caters to Agricultural Domain – An innovative platform for all the stakeholders of agricultural ecosystem.

• As part of this role, I have been actively involved in onboarding new vendors, negotiating with prospective vendors, find avenues and methods to drive the business model, establish and maintain a great work relationship with both the vendors and our farmer community.
• Have also been actively involved in building the branding and technology framework for the organization. This included interacting with the designer and user experience community to understand how incorporating user centric design in our print and technology could make our platform simpler and easier to use.

• Managed a team of 20 resources by serving premium sellers for Indian E-commerce giant - Flipkart.com, The team was the part of key business strategy to address the concerns of and support premium sellers who raked in a business of above 6 Cr. per annum. The role also involved coordinating with various teams from other departments within Flipkart.com including their supply chain and logistics wings to ensure seamless experience for premium sellers. As a part of this pilot initiative, I was also responsible to convince the leadership that the initiative has been beneficial and reaped great results. Prepared performance dashboards that was presented at business review meetings with stakeholders. This initiative is now a full-fledged operational team and an integral part of the organization.
