• Koinex was India's largest cryptocurrency exchange in 2018-19; backed by BEENEXT and GreenOaks Capital. In just one year, we processed $6B in transaction volume (peak volume was $265M in a day) and was used by over 1 million customers.
• My role included soliciting customer feedback about our products, leading internal communication around our products, managing overall workflows for the development of our products, defining and executing strategy for the growing product catalog, identifying and validating new market opportunities, and prioritizing new product development efforts
• I led the launch of the stablecoin (TUSD) market and Express (instant crypto swap) for 200+ trading pairs leveraging Binance APIs to address liquidity challenges in low capitalization coins
• We had a very successful run, but we had to eventually shut down the crypto exchange business because of the uncertainty around crypto regulations in the country and we then pivoted to FloBiz

Explored different ideas in Sales Automation, Mental Health (AI for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Surgery planning software for cardiac surgeons.
