• I led the software development of new internal project for tracking company workflows and business unit organizational chart. I guided other developers towards the adoption of successful agile software methodology, such as test-driven development and code review.

• I built and led the technical team, assisting the company in achieving its goal of developing several properties to serve as marketing drivers.
