Over time I realized something important. Most organisations don’t struggle because people lack capability. They struggle because there is no clear structure for thinking, communicating, and executing. Throughout my career I’ve often found myself helping teams step back, clarify problems, structure ideas, and move forward with practical action. My personal journey reinforced the same principle. Earlier in life I struggled with stammering, which made communication difficult. Over time, through deliberate practice and exposure, I moved from hesitation to speaking confidently in professional settings and on stage. Later, rebuilding discipline in my personal life including significant health transformation reinforced the same insight: Confidence rarely comes first. Clarity and consistent action create confidence.
