• As the Technical Lead for Teams Voice Apps in Microsoft’s Realtime Communication & Collaboration Cloud, I own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of core calling experiences such as Auto Attendant, Call Queue, and Voicemail.
• Building Teams Personal Attendant AI bot, integrating Realtime models to create intelligent, context-aware communication experiences.

• Leading the technical aspects for the Azure Resource Mover Service which supports cross region move for Azure IaaS VMs, SQLDB and Virtual Networks with a Service SLA of 99.9%. Total 60K resources moved across regions since service GA in mid 2021.
• Currently building Regional to Zonal migration for Single Instance IaaS VMs.

• Built the AzMove Service and state machine infrastructure using P# which migrated more than 300K tenants (1 Million cores) from Fabric to Availability Zone Service Manager (AzSM).
• Built a prototype for Generic Region Move Service and proposed Generic Region Move APIs for all resource types in Azure.

Aug 2016 – Aug 2018 · 2 yrs

• Proposed a design change in the control plane for HyperV to Azure Replication and implemented the same which resulted in increases in Service Reliability from 98% to 99.9%.
• Design and implemented the control plane changes for updating Hyper-V to Azure (H2A) replication frequency for all VM instances across all Azure geos from 15 minutes to 5 minutes.
• Implemented the Hyper-V Client library and a scalable discovery agent for Hyper-V host discovery for the Azure Migrate team.
