• EII aims to foster the spirit of Entrepreneurship amongst the college students across Ahmedabad. This is facilitated by the introduction of problem-solving events and talks/ discussions based on Entrepreneurship.
• The short term goal is to induce entrepreneurship, and the long-term goal is to sustain a few initial phase startups on our own.
• Led 5 teams responsible for the institution of EII, defined its structure and source of funding. Also, acted as liaison b/w administration and the team.
• Spearheaded the initiative of Student Entrepreneurship Advisory Council to boost collaboration amongst E- Cell of various colleges. Discussion on various common problems led to many innovative solutions.

• My research with Prof. Paulo Rita and Prof. Fernando Batista focused on e-commerce spaces in India and how there is an opportunity for other companies to grow. The case study included two giant e-retailers Amazon and Flipkart. The comparative analysis of both the companies in terms of consumer engagement on social media platform and their business models , workflow patterns and business strategies provided useful insights on how success can be achieved in an e-commerce market.
