• Onboarding lever - Improved the onboarding funnel, resulting in a 34 basis point increment in the successful onboarding of new Simpl PayLater users, equivalent to an additional 12,000 new users per month
• Acquisition lever - Drove the Referrals project end-to-end (across multiple teams), which helped in increasing the top of the funnel, with limited (or low) CAC
• Engagement and retention lever - Delivered E&R projects (viz. Offers, Quick Links, Recommended Merchants, Contextual Strips on the Home Page, etc.) which helped in improving our D30, D60 & D90 retention numbers
• To Simpl Checkout - A Shopify widget for D2C brands to simplify their user's checkout journey
