• while working on a Tata Digital Project , I significantly contributed to the creation of the Neuconnect campaign management tool, a robust and multifaceted platform. This tool features a frontend built with Vue.js and a backend developed using Flask for REST API, seamlessly integrated with Airflow and Dataproc for optimal performance. Within its first year, Neuconnect efficiently managed over 17,000 promotional campaigns and became the primary channel for all transactional communications in the organization. Its success is not just in the volume of campaigns handled, but also in its ability to provide a seamless, end-to-end communication solution incorporating SMS, email, push notifications, and voice OTP. My involvement in this project highlights a blend of front-end innovation and backend engineering prowess, delivering a high-performing, scalable solution in a dynamic marketing environment.

• I spearheaded the development of Bizops, an innovative tool designed to fully automate the client engagement and onboarding process. This tool covered the entire spectrum, from the initial customer contact to estimation, deal creation, and contract management, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow. A key aspect of Bizops was the integration of advanced digital solutions such as QuickBooks for billing and DocuSign for deal signatures, facilitating a completely paperless and automated process.
• My contribution involved not only the integration of technologies like Jira, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Confluence, Slack, and G-Suite but also automating approval workflows and cost analysis. Following a deal's digital signature, Bizops efficiently handled the subsequent steps, including Jira project and story setup, Slack channel creation, and automatic generation of billing documents, all executed seamlessly.
• This automation significantly reduced manual tasks and errors, enhancing the speed and quality of project initiation and ongoing client interactions. The introduction of digital billing and deal signing further streamlined the process, making it more efficient and user-friendly. My work on Bizops showcases my ability to innovate and implement comprehensive digital solutions, dramatically improving organizational efficiency, client engagement, and the overall quality of service.
