For 15+ years, I’ve been close to sales teams and founders as they build pipeline, improve conversion, and scale revenue. Most of that work has lived inside real operating constraints: limited signal, noisy markets, long buying cycles, and changing ICPs. Through this, I’ve spent a lot of time designing how teams source demand, qualify intent, and move opportunities forward with consistency. The focus has always been on what happens between first contact and a real conversation. Pixelo Digital grew out of that work. We partner with B2B teams on outbound, demand generation, and GTM execution, helping them build repeatable sales motion across SaaS, fintech, manufacturing, and services. Prospectoo followed from the same place. It brings intent signals, enriched data, and AI-SDR capabilities into one workflow so teams can approach outbound with better context and timing. Lately, much of my attention has been on how AI supports sales teams in day-to-day decisions: who to reach, when to engage, and how to stay relevant without overengineering the process. How teams operate matters to me. I value steady execution, accountability, and clarity over performative urgency. Sports influenced that mindset early, and I’ve always respected Lionel Messi and Sachin Tendulkar for how they sustained excellence through discipline and focus.
