• Worked on Virtual Number Project which connects patients to doctors via our system without revealing the actual number of the hospital, thus preventing data scraping. It was an end to end project that involved in making the patient experience better. The entire system is now automated with it’s own IVR and also supports demography.

• Worked on an in-house product called ‘Slot Data Systems’. SDS has set the standard as the gaming industry’s most accurate, reliable and innovative slot-accounting and player-tracking system. It is developed in Java and I was primarily involved in bug fixes and enhancements of particular modules.
• Was primarily involved in creating new reports to meet customer requirement and analyzing existing reports to monitor the floor in a casino, identify the games that perform better than the rest, position the games accordingly, keep track of the net-cash flow and develop a better understanding of what the target audience is looking for.
