Working at The Indian High Group of Schools -Dubai in Human Resource Department as Recruiter, From November 2015 till Current Date. • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with Head of Departments and Principal to discuss needs. • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information. • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews. • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. • Conduct screening tests, telephone and online interviews. • Co-ordination with SLT members for taking forward the selected candidate’s next round of required selection process.
