• As OD Head, we successfully moved towards building a performance oriented culture by aligning all People processes to support that vision. We started from a stage, where Performance Management was a check in the box activity and got to a stage, where all the people processes were performance and merit based, in an objective way.
• As Talent management head, we were able to successfully establish a process identify and develop Hi-Potential candidates. Post completion of the developmental journey, as an organization we built custom career paths for high potential leaders. We also, worked on building a pipeline for leadership level, from managerial level. This ensured we had a ready leadership pipeline from mid-senior to senior levels.
• As Learning Head, We successfully deployed the e-learning platform and ensured that the organizational knowledge gets transformed into organizational learning assets. We ensured that a wide variety of training needs were addressed by using a hybrid model (Classroom + Virtual + e-Learning + MDPs). I personally am a trainer and think trainings is the closest to Ikigai for me.
