I would like to introduce myself as a seasoned professional with over 28+ years of experience, primarily in HR operations and talent acquisition. My career began in 1996 with Aptara Inc. as a Computer Operator, and over the span of 13 years, I progressed into key HR roles, ultimately serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition. In March 2021, in response to the evolving business landscape post-pandemic, I transitioned from Aptara Inc. to KiwiTech, a leading software services provider, where I took on the role of Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition in July 2021. Unfortunately, due to the economic downturn in Europe, KiwiTech underwent workforce rationalization, leading to the conclusion of my tenure in October 2023. Following this, I ventured into entrepreneurship by establishing my own manpower consultancy firm in November 2023. However, given the current market conditions, I am now actively seeking new professional opportunities where I can leverage my expertise in talent acquisition. I am eager to contribute my skills to a dynamic organization and would welcome the opportunity to discuss potential collaborations.
