• At Nebulaa we pioneered to do real time quality testing of agri produce using AI across the world. With our India and US patented product MATT, we enabled farmers, traders, marketplaces and FMCGs to do real time and accurate assessment. With MATT we reduced the time of quality check by 98% thus enabling possibility to do digital trade of agri produce. With our AI, we also provided feedback to farmers on how to improve their produce in next crop cycle.
• We spanned this across grains, seeds, fruits & vegetables. Starting with a seed round of $200k, in 3 years we clocked a USD 3 Million ARR and performed more than a million tests. Nebulaa was recognised by Govt of India, NITI Aayog, World Bank and FAO. Nebulaa was also featured at Google for India. And we did this all with a humble team of 25 members.

• Promoted in a span of 8 months for maintenance and energy saving efforts
• Redesigned the maintenance culture with TPM so as to attain 0 breakdown for straight 9 months.
• Performed energy audits , engineered cooling and operational conditions so as to optimize the energy per unit output. Reduced the power consumption to all time low, as low as (3000 kWh/day reduction) 30% of previous consumption.

• Worked under the mentorship of District Collector, Jaisalmer to do ground review of policies,implementation and process pertaining to Renewable Energy Resources.
• Suggested measures to the Govt of Raj. for improving RE applications, both on industrial scale and individual implementation scale. Emphasized implementation of PPP based micro grid for lightning Jaisalmer villages.
• Performed case study on "Solar Lantern Scheme" and suggested it's effective implementation.
