I didn’t begin my journey in HR with a job title. I began with curiosity and a genuine love for people. While co-founding a digital marketing agency, I found myself doing more than just building businesses. I was building teams. Writing JDs, screening resumes, onboarding freelancers, managing performance - all of it became part of my everyday work. That’s where it all started. Not in an HR department but in the middle of the hustle, where hiring the right people was crucial to survival and success. Over time, I realized this wasn’t just a side task. It was my strength. I genuinely enjoyed understanding people, finding the right fits, solving hiring challenges and creating team alignment. What started out of necessity turned into passion 💡 Today, I work as an HR professional hiring for both IT and non-IT roles, with a strong focus on tech hiring. I also create content around real hiring stories, recruitment insights and workplace experiences, because I believe HR is not just about policies but about people, potential and perspective.
