  • End to end recruitment from discussing the opening with hiring manager till the candidate joins.
  • Managing multiple external recruitment vendors. We have multiple vendors with whom we share the requirements. After getting the resume from them screen the resume and share with the hiring managers. Share the feedbacks with the vendors.
  • Having kick off meetings with hiring managers. Once we receive any position from girinhiring manager we do a kick off meeting with them to better understand the position and requirement within a day or two.
  • Attending weekly and monthly hiring meetings with multiple stakeholders such as BU Heads and hiring managers.
  • Offer discussion with candidates. Once a candidate gets selected I collct the documents from them. Once I receive the documents I discuss the CTC and the offer.
  • Offer drafting and offer sharing with the candidates.
  • Sending offer approval mails to stakeholders.
  • Sending hiring reports to Director HR Asia.
  • IJP and referral mail roll out. Once we receive any position we roll out aand IJP and referral mail to all the employees every 15 days until the position closes.
  • Arranging IJP meetings. If any internal employee applies through the IJP mail we arrange an IJP meeting with the hiring manager.
  • Managing multiple position from mid senior level to director level. I have closed positions like VP, AVP, Senior Manager, Architect etc
  • Involved in the Campus Hiring process.
