I started my career in psychology and teaching, which taught me how people think, learn, resist change, and grow. In a fast-growing startup environment, I’ve: ➜ Built the Employer Branding function from 0→1, defining EVP, brand voice, and visual identity ➜ Scaled LinkedIn presence from 30K → 95K followers in 10 months (3× growth) with market-leading engagement ➜ Led end-to-end creative direction for employer brand assets - videos, long-form & short-form content, brand IPs, mascots, and campaigns ➜ Managed the full employer reputation lifecycle on using sentiment analytics to improve candidate trust and inbound quality ➜ Identified people risks during scale (burnout, team misalignment, hiring gaps) and proactively designed interventions to stabilize performance ➜ Used engagement data, hiring analytics, and qualitative insights to inform leadership decisions on team effectiveness and org design ➜ Partnered closely with business leaders and managers on workforce planning, role clarity, performance conversations, and team structure decisions during rapid scale ➜ Owned internal communications & executive messaging, personally writing and reviewing leadership updates, culture narratives, and people announcements ➜ Drove recruitment marketing via tech podcast collaborations, interview panel training, and founder-led events and talent content ➜ Orchestrated 20+ talent and culture events in under a year, including large-scale hackathons, niche Product/Design mixers, fitness events, org wide and hobby channel based activities, etc ➜ Built Employee Engagement and L&D verticals from scratch, supporting org scale from 100 → 250+ employees, including 10+ learning sessions and quarterly manager enablement programs I don’t sit neatly in one box and that’s intentional.
