• 1. Implemented the Fixed Asset Management module in the E-governance system across all ULBs, as per CAG’s accrual-based accounting rules and MP Municipal Accounting guidelines.
• 2. Converted complex government policies into easy-to-understand functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• 3. Designed the full workflow for asset creation, CWIP movement, valuation, depreciation (SLM), funding source mapping, transfers, and asset retirement in the ENP 2.0 system.
• 4. Integrated the Asset Module with Finance, Material Management, Project System, and Fleet Management, improving accuracy and real-time visibility of assets across the state.
• 5. Built centralized dashboards, reports, and asset registers to support audits and improve financial discipline for 410+ Urban Local Bodies.
