Hi, I am Vani and I am a consumer specialist. I help organisations build business growth using consumer data and marketing automation. As a Honors graduate in accounting and business statistics and MBA in marketing, number crunching and marketing always fascinated me. I was fortunate to experience and work on first marketing automation in India in growth marketing, Those were days, we created RFM model manually. Implemented and used the largest ever marketing automation for HDFC Bank, driving ROI In year 2006, when retail was booming and started generating consumer data by way of loyalty program, I joined Trent Ltd to spearhead direct to consumer marketing strategy to drive growth. I was able to grow repeat business from customers by over 4x Working alongside the Chief Digital Officer of Axis Bank as Vice President in year 2012, I was able to build continual revenue growth from customer database through data driven marketing automation. Additionally, I created various engagement tools for consumers of the Bank. I created the world’s largest Pan Bank Loyalty program. The initiative got recognised at multiple forums in India and across the world As digital direct to consumer companies started evolving with access to consumer footprints, in year 2018 a I joined Zee5 to head Customer Management. As a start-up I established and scaled up consumer engagement on and off platform from grounds up. I implemented and Industry first of its kind Customer data platform( CDP) resulting into improved p&L kpi’s like life time value and activity rates with ROI higher than that of industry. I also build customer experience strategy. Created industry first B2B marketing automation program to build higher revenue growth from existing clients. I also envisioned and delivered a data driven customer experience strategy, an Industry first with customer charter, automation for reputation management, chatbots and measurement matrices I have got opportunity to speak at various conferences about growth marketing in India and globally With cross industry experience, I now assist organisations drive growth for their business by using data and marketing technology (mar-tech) and help them attain competitive advantage.
