• Being the first HR at kindlife, I’ve had the unique opportunity to architect the HR function from the ground up. My role is a dynamic mix of strategy and execution—building systems, designing policies, enabling culture, and weaving the employee experience into the company’s growth story.

• Established Core HR Operations
• Set up end-to-end HR workflows from scratch including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation etc.
• Introduced New Joiner Kits & Company Merchandise
• Curated and rolled out employee welcome kits and merchandise for new hires, founders, and teams—adding a professional touch to the onboarding experience.
• Office Displays & Aesthetic Touchpoints
• Helped building an inspiring, cohesive office environment that reflects our values and brand theme.
• Designed Company-wide HR Policies
• Developed structured policies across leave, performance appraisals, workplace conduct (POSH), and more, tailored to our startup culture while ensuring compliance and clarity.
• Streamlined Recruitment Processes
• Collaborated closely with hiring teams to improve the recruitment journey—from candidate pipeline tracking to seamless offer rollouts and onboarding.
• Structured the Employee Lifecycle
• Designed and implemented lifecycle frameworks including confirmations, performance reviews, feedback loops, and engagement checkpoints.
• Led Culture & Engagement Initiatives
• Organized town halls, festive celebrations, outdoor parties, team outings, and open houses.
