• As an experienced HR professional, I have led initiatives to improve operational efficiency, employee engagement and talent acquisition. My performance earned me a promotion to Senior Executive - People and Culture at BHIVE Group in April 2024, where I now focus on strategic HR efforts.

• On Nov 18 2021, I joined the amazing 'BHIVE Workspace' family, Bangalore as an MT - Human Resource and soon got promoted to Associate - Human Resources in the month of July 2022. I have been actively involved in hiring great talent/building high-performing teams and carrying out general HR Operations for our fast-growing Co-working and managed office spaces platform BHIVE Workspace and our fintech investment platform BHIVE Alternatives . My experience here involves:
• i) Reviewing, developing and maintaining positive human resources practices.
• ii) Managing recruitment process from interview to offer stage, including sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to department heads.
• iii) Generating reports and analysing key performance metrics to inform decision making processes on staffing levels and performance reviews.
• iv) Conduct comprehensive orientation, induction and on-boarding for new joiners.
• v) Organise, oversee and maintain comprehensive and detailed HR inventory records.
• vi) Plan, organise, and carry out employee engagement activities
• vii) Conduct research on HR Inventory-related issues (such as electronic devices, corporate gifts, and other essential products and services), and get in touch with relevant vendors to carry out plans with accurate costing.
