• JD analysis, recruiting candidates through Job Portals, Headhunting, Networking, internal database.
• Understanding the Job description and validating candidates based on the desired parameters, describing the job profile to the candidates.
• Short listing candidates after initial round of Interview (Telephonic).
• Arranging further rounds of Interview at clients' place.
• Coordinating the entire process of recruitment.
