• 1)Discussing with clients to deep dive and understand the volume to be packed then forecasting the material to be shipped then have to plan daily logistics activities like team alignment for local and outstation to packing/picking up
• 2) Daily MIS tracker updated of dispatched, shipped & used stock, tallying with the received/remaining stock (Packing Materials)
• 3) After completion of job coordinating with vendor for the vehicle arrangement

• 5) After the packing job & the picking job completed the vehicle may return to our storage facility
• 6) Warehouse team will do the incoming activities like scanning the unique barcodes checking the received items and handing over to the loading team they will lift & store all the received items which are scanned in the warehouse in to a specified locations, i have to inspect the above all activities
